All products carry a full 12 month warranty calculated from the date of purchase. The warranty includes a guarantee against faulty workmanship and defective materials only. In the event of a product becoming defective within the warranty period, Murton System Technologies will repair or replace the faulty unit at it's sole discretion. 

The warranty does not imply that the product ordered is fit for the purpose intended by the end user and neither does it include any shipping charges (both ways) in the event of a warranty return.

An extended warranty of up to three years may be arranged with our sales staff for a small additional premium.

Specifically excluded from the warranty is abuse or misuse of the product in any way or manner, stresses (voltage, current, heat, load) exceeding the maximum permissible limits indicated on the product brochure and environmental damage caused by solvents, corrosive materials, shock, vibration, dust etc.

Disclaimer

As to every real and/or alleged Defect in a product purchased from Murton System Technologies (the Manufacturer) the following shall apply:

• The Manufacturer shall be held harmless in any and all liability to you for damages of whatsoever nature, including costs and expenses and/or legal fees, physical harm and/or death, loss of income including loss of business which may result from the use of its products,

• You have no remedies for claims of negligence, or for breach of warranty or contract, including but not limited to indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages, even if you give notice of the possibility of such damages,

• The products are provided to you 'as-is'. No other warranties of any kind express or implied are made to you,

• Product specifications are subject to change without notice.
